Starbase 243 (Valkyrie Station)
Starbase 243 is the headquarters of Starfleet's Frontier Fleet. Ever since Pandora Station (the location of Starbase 243 at the time) was chosen as the Frontier Fleet's headquarters, plans had been made to build a new starbase within the Pandora System. In 2408, construction finally began, and the new starbase was commissioned in 2410.
