Father is Chief of Thoracic Surgery at Boston University Medical Center, an important hospital on Earth. Middle child of 5. Applied to Starfleet Academy as a medical student. In his third year, the Sident invaded the Federation and he volunteered to assist in the recovery efforts. As he was near the top of his class, he was offered early graduation at the rank of Ensign. Requested to be stationed aboard the USS Odyssey. Later, transferred to USS Pathfinder.

Always trying to live up to his father's standard. Hard worker, and very talented. A little arrogant. Had been seeking the prestige of a position at a big hospital on one of the main Federation worlds, but after his experience during the Sident invasion felt he could learn more serving aboard a starship.

Socializing. If there's nobody to hang around with, will curl up with an old mystery novel. Especially fond of the classics; Nero Wolfe, Lord Peter Wimsey, and the works of Agatha Christie and Dick Francis among others. Also an aficionado of old movies and television dramas and comedies.

Mr. Moore has something of a problem with proper decorum regarding the chain of command. He's used to the fact of being Dr. Frank Moore's son opening any door for him.
